We use Japanese electric/hydraulic hybrid precision injection machine , they can accurately control the difference between the setting parameters and the actual value through the injection and plasticizing division of labor, so as to achieve the stability of the plastic melting state, the stability of the measured plastic density, the stability of the actual filling amount, and the stability of the filling time, thus ensuring the consistency of the weight and size of each product.

These machine use of high rigidity direct pressure clamping mode can determine the correct clamping posture, so that the surface pressure applied on the die parting surface is more stable, the clamping force is uniform, the front/back mold linear motion is higher, in order to achieve a higher level of accuracy requirements.
